Today my youngest baby turns 9. I snapped this when I got home from work tonight.
I love him so much. He is sweet, sensitive, tough, caring, wild, imaginative, funny, tough at times, he has a deep love for God and for his family. I am so blessed with him. He wasn't breathing when he was born. My routine repeat c section turned scary fast when we found out he was Frank breach. What should have taken 9 minutes took 45. He came out in silence. Doctors and nurses whisked him away and finally after 30 seconds we heard the sweetest cry we ever heard. He was black and blue from the waist down. I worried he would never walk.  I nearly died of infection after his birth. Had to double my recovery time.  As he grew healthy and strong I knew just how blessed I was. Isaac's birth mother left town with him on her weekend(while I was in the hospital ). David and a search party went after him. They found him and David lost his job for missing work. We ended up with sole custody of Isaac and I adopted him the next February 14th. Shiloh's birth was nothing short of an adventure and honestly he amazes me. I've watched him overcome many obstacles recently watched him overcome dyslexia and dysgraphia and correct pre-diabetes at 8 by watching his sugar intake. I have to work tomorrow night on his birthday so I made him this super easy cookie cake tonight after work.

Easy steps
1. Get store cookie dough and press into desired shape
2. Bake 350 10ish minutes

3. Cool
4. Decorate
Happy baking! Thanks for taking the time to listen to my adventure. Sometimes I need to read it again and just thank God for ask of it. What an amazing beginning to an amazing life.
